At F. LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 40 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture.
 

As part of our team you will...

  • prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections. 
  • mix and match stains, paints, and varnishes to achieve desired colors and finishes.
  • apply stains, paints, and varnishes using spray guns, brushes, and other application tools. 
  • achieve smooth and consistent finishes, including gloss, satin, and other specialized coatings.
  • inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and client specifications.
  • maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
  • follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 

You're a good fit if you....

  • have proven experience in wood finishing, including spraying stains, paints, and varnishes.
  • are familiar with different types of wood and their finishing requirements.
  • are able to work with both gloss and satin finishes with precision.
  • have a strong knowledge of spraying techniques and equipment maintenance.
  • have a keen eye for detail and color matching.
  • have the physical ability to perform tasks such as sanding, spraying, and lifting.
  • are committed to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
