As part of our team you will...

  • analyze and refine our business processes and work with the business units to make them more efficient.
  • actively drive the further development of our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems and provide ongoing support for these systems.
  • gather and evaluate requirements from the business units and translate them into sustainable IT solution concepts.
  • implement IT projects in collaboration with internal contacts as well as external partners and service providers.
  • define and continuously optimize interfaces, standards, and processes in the interaction of our business applications.
  • support users in the context of central business applications and guide reported issues in a structured manner until they are resolved.
  • document solutions, processes, and architectural decisions and record them in a traceable manner.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed a degree in IT (technical college, university, or university of applied sciences) and have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT and processes or in a similar position.
  • consider analytical thinking to be one of your strengths and are not afraid to analyze complex issues and seek solutions.
  • have knowledge of ERP systems, preferably proAlpha, and PLM systems. Experience with processes in the woodworking industry and CAD systems is a plus.
  • have strong written and spoken German and English skills.
  • want to work in a motivated team that values collaboration and mutual support.
  • consider a structured, self-directed work style to be second nature.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 53.200,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
