At F/LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 30 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture.
As part of our team you will...
- drive the expansion of our existing market presence and actively open up new business opportunities.
- identify and develop sales channels in the region and implement strategic sales plans in consistency with the Business Unit Air Aftermarket objectives.
- build and sustain excellent customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and keep our clients informed about the latest developments in our product and service portfolio.
- focus on Service Centers including OEM’s and MRO’s to sell F/LIST Refurbishment/Retrofit and Innovation products as well as services
- independently prepare compelling commercial proposals, supported by calculations from the sales operations team.
- steer promotional sales initiatives and continuously analyze the market to spot trends and opportunities.
- collaborate closely with the global sales team to ensure process alignment, product knowledge sharing, pricing coherence, and adherence to corporate sales strategies.
- represent F/LIST at international trade fairs, events, and client meetings, presenting our brand and products with confidence and passion.
- take ownership of your sales targets, including budget responsibility and revenue delivery.
- act as a true ambassador of the F/LIST brand and company culture.
- follow internal sales processes and guidelines with diligence.
You're a good fit if you....
- hold a degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- bring several years of experience in business development and sales within the Business Aviation sector, ideally with an understanding of cabin interiors.
- communicate confidently and professionally with customers and business partners.
- are an highly motivated and performance orientated personality with hands-on attitude.
- have the initiative to independently connect with new customers, foster strong relationships, and close deals.
- are flexible and open to frequent travel to support international business development.
