As part of our team you will...

  • assume strategic, technical, operational, and economic responsibility for our entire CMF (color, material, and finish) portfolio and continuously develop it further.
  • develop and shape our CMF strategy together with Design, Research & Development, Materials & Processes, and Production to ensure brand- and design-compliant solutions.
  • observe and analyze market, design, and customer needs and derive clear product requirements and innovations from them.
  • manage CMF solutions throughout the entire product life cycle, from concept to sampling and qualification to optimization or replacement.
  • develop customer-specific CMF concepts, support their implementation, and ensure design fidelity, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
  • support sales and marketing, define pricing strategies, monitor financial key figures, and initiate measures to ensure competitiveness. 

You're a good fit if you....

  • have a degree in industrial engineering, wood technology, materials science, textile science, industrial design, business administration, and/or aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical or business-related field. 
  • have professional experience in product management or in managing CMF projects, ideally in the aviation, yacht, or luxury goods industry with a focus on technically sophisticated products.
  • have a sound understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes, as well as the ability to clearly define technical concepts and implement them in a structured manner. 
  • have a keen aesthetic and sensory understanding of color, haptics, light, and surface effects. 
  • have experience in organizing and conducting sampling and material selection, as well as presentations. 
  • have strong communication skills and tact in dealing with designers, customers, and technical teams, and you have a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • have very good written and spoken English skills.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 50.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
