As part of our team you will...
- play a key role in the production process. You will be responsible for the independent operation of CNC machines. Your precision work is crucial to the quality of our products.
- You will actively monitor production to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. The manufacturing process and quality control are in your hands. Your critical eye and technical expertise will ensure perfection.
- After appropriate training, you will be able to load and modify programmes. You will carry out maintenance work and adjustments on the CNC systems. At F/LIST, we support continuous training and rely on expert knowledge.
- You will be part of a highly qualified team of experts working together to produce first-class products. Your experience and commitment will be an asset to our team.
You're a good fit if you....
- have an apprenticeship qualification and several years of professional experience in CNC operations. Knowledge of CAD programming is an advantage. Your training forms the foundation of your expertise.
- are prepared to work shifts (06:00-14:30/14:15-22:30).
- are convincing with your manual skills. We value not only your qualifications, but also your passion for the trade.
- precision is one of your strengths. We expect you to work reliably, accurately and precisely. Your precision is the key to producing high-quality furniture.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 2.298,- on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) in accordance with the collective agreement. However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and based on your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we get to know each other.
