At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured. 

As part of our team you will...

  • welcome and look after guests and act as our company's first business card.
  • make a positive first impression on our (international) guests and welcome them well.
  • be the first point of contact for all inquiries - both on site, by telephone and in writing - which you handle in a professional and friendly manner.
  • ensure efficient office organization and provide administrative support to the team.
  • process invoices reliably.
  • organize appointments and meetings.
  • plan and coordinate business trips.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
  • already have experience in the front office or in customer service.
  • are communicative, have a friendly and professional manner and enjoy working in a team.
  • organizational skills and solution orientation are among your strengths.
  • have very good written and spoken German and English skills to be able to communicate effectively in an international environment.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 33.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
