At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured. 

As part of our team you will...

  • Enter and maintain orders and master data in the ERP system
  • Support project management in the creation of price lists, quotations and orders
  • Take over the management of orders and changes
  • Maintain contact and communication with selected customers
  • Coordinate and arrange shipping dates with our production planning department
  • Organise shipping processing, including transport notifications, shipping documents and labels
  • Take care of invoicing and complete and document orders accordingly

The position offers you broad basic training that provides a solid foundation for your potential further development – within the department or in other areas of the company. Collaboration with international locations is also possible and opens up exciting prospects for you.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 2.461,58 on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
