At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured.

As part of our team you will...

  • Develop and produce high-quality, creative photo, video, and digital content formats that showcase F/LIST, F/YACHTING, Hilitech, and other sub-brands at a premium level.
  • Contribute original ideas for storytelling and new content formats while continuously evolving existing content.
  • Utilize modern AI tools, editing software, and digital workflows to efficiently develop content ideas, prepare visual concepts, and creatively process existing material.
  • Capture high-quality images of people, materials, products, projects, and events—prioritizing aesthetics, lighting, composition, and attention to detail—and develop brand-aligned content formats from them.
  • Oversee internal and external photo and video productions—from preparation, briefings, and shoots to the selection, editing, and structured archiving of material.
  • Create social media posts, campaign assets, employer branding content, event content, and short-form videos, tailoring them precisely for various channels—including editing, format adaptation, and visual alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments as well as external agencies, photographers, and videographers.
  • Maintain organized image and media databases, ensuring content is structured, easily accessible, and used in a brand-compliant manner.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed vocational training or possess comparable experience in photography, content creation, media design, graphic design, or film/video production.
  • have solid experience in photography and image editing, along with a keen eye for lighting, perspective, composition, materiality, and high-end aesthetics.
  • are proficient in using camera equipment and standard editing and post-production software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
  • have practical experience with AI-powered applications for content creation, image editing, video, text, ideation, and efficient production workflows.
  • understand the requirements of various social media channels and know how to transform an idea into a high-performing post, Reel, Story, or visual campaign asset.
  • work creatively, systematically, and independently, maintaining a clear overview even when managing multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • have a sharp eye for detail and a flair for high-quality brand presentation, and you enjoy authentically and precisely showcasing craftsmanship, people, materials, and spaces.
  • communicate confidently in both German and English.
  • enjoy working in a team, communicate openly, and take pleasure in collaboratively developing great ideas.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 50.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
