At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured. 

As part of our team you will...

  • be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts to ensure our financial targets are met and informed decisions can be made.
  • be responsible for reporting directly to senior management and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure transparency and accuracy in our financial reporting.
  • perform ad-hoc evaluations and business analyses and derive measures together with the responsible division managers to continuously improve the company's performance.
  • maintain and further develop the existing cost accounting system, including cost center accounting and cost unit accounting, to ensure precise cost control.
  • support the further development and optimization of controlling processes in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial management.
  • monitor cost centers and projects and support liquidity planning to ensure financial stability and resource optimization.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have a degree in business administration (university, university of applied sciences) or comparable training with a focus on controlling to enrich our team with your expertise.
  • have already gained relevant professional experience that you can contribute to our projects and processes.
  • are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs (especially Excel) as well as ERP and BI systems in order to work efficiently and effectively.
  • are fluent in written and spoken English in order to master international communication and reporting with ease.
  • have a high affinity for numbers and analytical thinking, which is essential for preparing well-founded analyses and reports.
  • are characterized by an independent and structured way of working and show a high degree of resilience and perseverance in special times. 
  • appreciate mutual support. Our team is the key to our success and we value the contribution of each individual.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 45.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
