As part of our team you will...
-
take over the management of product development projects in the medium term and drive them forward to market maturity. You will work closely with project clients, suppliers, customers, partners and testing and research institutes. You will therefore play a key role in the innovative strength of the team. -
research materials, technologies and technology partners to find innovative solutions for our product design. Your research will enable the best and latest materials and technologies to be used in solutions to stay at the forefront of the industry. -
develop and optimize flame-retardant wood and composite materials for high-quality furniture together with a team of internal material and technology experts. Through this interdisciplinary collaboration, we ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards to meet the requirements of our exclusive customers. -
carry out trials and tests in the laboratory, production and at external partners and testing institutes and document and interpret the results in order to provide the best quality and durability for the application of the product. -
be supporting the transfer of the product from development to production, including preparing the relevant documents to ensure production quality in series production.
You're a good fit if you....

have a technical education in the field of wood, materials or materials technology (HTL, FH, university). We rely on your specialist knowledge. -
enjoy hands-on work and ideally have practical experience in woodworking, e.g. through training in carpentry. Your practical experience is crucial for us. -
are interested in a wide range of material-related topics, such as wood substitutes, flame retardants, lightweight construction or surface treatment of wood-based materials. -
follow your work in a structured and orderly manner. You enjoy creating electronic documentation and preparing written results and reports. -
consider a creative and independent working style to be a matter of course. You enjoy working in a team and communicate effectively. -
are highly self-motivated and assertive. We value the contribution of each individual. -
have a very good command of German and English so that you can move well in an international environment.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 35.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
