As part of our team you will...
- be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of procurement at the group level.
- take responsibility for supply chain management.
- develop and successfully implement a group-wide procurement and supplier strategy.
- manage and continuously improve supplier, contract, and product category management.
- conduct contract and price negotiations with strategic national and international suppliers.
- identify and realize potential for synergies, cost optimization, and efficiency gains within the corporate group.
- standardize and continuously improve purchasing processes, methods, guidelines, and organizational structures within the corporate group.
- lead and develop the purchasing team and establish a performance-oriented purchasing culture.
- work closely with management and relevant departments to ensure a sustainable and future-oriented procurement strategy.
You're a good fit if you....
- have completed a business, technical, or economics degree (university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification).
- have several years of leadership experience in a senior procurement role, ideally at an international manufacturing company.
- can demonstrate proven success in developing and implementing purchasing, supplier, and supply chain strategies, as well as having successfully implemented sustainable cost-saving, efficiency, and optimization programs across the entire value and supply chain.
- have extensive experience in international contract management and in negotiations with strategic suppliers.
- combine strong strategic skills with a proven ability to execute operationally.
- demonstrate leadership through strong communication skills and interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- think entrepreneurially and impress with an analytical and solution-oriented approach to work.
- possess business-level proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
- are willing to travel internationally for work.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 90.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
