The German branches in Berlin & Erfurt have been part of the F/LIST family since 2017 and have a total of around 40 employees. Here, F/LIST GERMANY focuses on the aftermarket business, specializing in the overhaul and modernization of business and private jet cabins.
As part of our team you will...

Procure project-related materials in accordance with our purchasing process and ensure delivery: - Trigger purchase orders.
- System maintenance (e.g. supplier creation, requesting and entering order confirmations & delivery documents, invoice control).

Handle complaints professionally and ensure that any problems that arise are resolved quickly and efficiently. -
Organising transport for ordered materials with our logistics partner. -
Maintaining contact with our partner and supplier companies in order to maintain stable and trusting business relationships. -
Carry out the following activities in collaboration with another colleague: - Carry out goods receipts (physical & system).
- Packing and despatching materials and parts, including registration with the forwarder.
- Processing requirement notifications / booking stock withdrawals / stock checks.

Carry out activities and tasks in connection with the building and building infrastructure.
You're a good fit if you....
- Ideally, you will have completed a commercial apprenticeship - but you are also welcome to join us as a career changer or university graduate.
- You have a structured and meticulous way of working that enables you to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
- You think and act in a team-orientated manner, because cooperation is the key to our success.
- You have good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English in order to communicate effectively in an international environment.
