At F. LIST FLORIDA , we have a specialized team of around 15 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture.

As part of our team you will...

manage and oversee the entire production area, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
monitor and ensure compliance with all quality, occupational safety, and process safety standards.
optimize the utilization of personnel and production equipment for maximum efficiency and output.
ensure on-time production, meeting deadlines with a focus on high standards.
continuously improve production processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
act as the primary contact for resolving ambiguities in design, materials, feasibility, and process issues.
lead, motivate, and develop the production team, maintaining their qualifications and ensuring continuous improvement.

You're a good fit if you....

hold a technical degree, ideally with a focus on production or manufacturing or have a completed training as a painter/cabinet maker/upholsterer or similar.
bring experience in managing production operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
have proven experience in shop floor management and leading production teams.
demonstrate a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to motivate and develop your team.
possess a solid understanding of production processes, resource planning, and cost management.
have excellent communication and organizational skills.
