At F. LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 30 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture. 

As part of our team you will...

  • manage the recruitment and selection process, from interviewing to closing positions.
  • assist with the integration of new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • be the interface to the external payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • manage leave administration and maintain employee records.
  • manage employee benefits, including enrolment, disenrolment and responding to employee queries.
  • support financial administration processes by entering accounts payable and receivable into the system.
  • assist with materials management by issuing purchase orders and assisting with inventory counts and organisation.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have experience in recruitment, HR and financial administration.
  • are familiar with materials management processes. 
  • have knowledge of employment law and payroll.
  • have strong communication, organisational and attention to detail skills.
