F/LIST MIDDLE EAST FZCO, with about 10 employees, is located near Dubai Airport and was established in 2017. Despite its size, this location is extremely diverse, employing people of different nationalities. Here, the focus is on refurbishment of business & private jets, including preparation and modernization of cabins.

As part of our team you will...

  • conduct regular visits to local MRO facilities, performing cabin surveys, generating daily business, and supporting local production needs.
  • prepare detailed proposals and present to potential customers, outlining product specifications, project timelines, and pricing structures.
  • negotiate proposals and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • collaborate closely with the local Operations Manager and Production Manager to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure smooth project execution.
  • serve as a trusted consultant for customers, offering expert advice on repair and refurbishment solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
  • develop and maintain strong customer relationships, striving for consistently high levels of satisfaction.
  • maintain accurate records of sales transactions, proposals, leads, and customer interactions.
  • meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and successful deal closures.
  • stay up to date of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the aviation industry.
  • ensure adherence to aviation regulations and industry standards in all sales activities.
  • act as a representative of F/LIST in the market, embodying our values and commitments.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • have several years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the aviation or aerospace sector.
  • exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • demonstrate high levels of motivation, with a performance-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • are capable of working autonomously and taking initiative, but are also a strong team-player.
  • are willing to travel.
