At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured. 

As part of our team you will...

  • think ahead and make processes in our organization more efficient.
  • actively work on the further development of our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems and also support these systems.
  • implement IT projects in collaboration with our specialist departments and external partners and service providers.
  • carry out helpdesk activities and see reported problems through to resolution.
  • define standards and procedures and thus continuously optimize our processes.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have a degree in IT (HTL, university, university of applied sciences) and at least 3 years of professional experience in IT and processes or in a similar position. We rely on your specialist knowledge.
  • see analytical thinking as one of your strengths and you are not afraid to analyze complex topics and look for solutions.
  • have knowledge of ERP systems, preferably proAlpha, and PLM systems. Experience with processes in the woodworking industry and CAD systems is an advantage.
  • have a good command of written and spoken German and English. You feel comfortable in an international environment.
  • want to work in a motivated team that focuses on cooperation and mutual support. Our team is the key to our success and we value the contribution of each individual.
  • conscientiously document customer requirements and the appropriate solutions.
  • take a structured, independent working style for granted. You enjoy working in a team and communicate effectively.
  • are proactive in identifying optimization potential and are willing to take on responsibility.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 53.200,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
