At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured. 

As part of our team you will...

  • support colleagues in the department and independently complete tasks for aircraft- or yacht-related development projects, including cutting, sanding, pressing, and veneering samples; performing laser cutting; building showroom samples; producing stencil materials; post-processing 3D-printed components, as well as preparing samples for climate testing and assisting with life-cycle testing setups.
  • independently take on testing assignments and prototype construction, coordinating closely with internal project clients.
  • prepare samples, test parts, components, and component assemblies, and independently build mock-ups, prototypes, and customer experience samples.
  • process and machine various materials such as wood, wood-based materials, plastics, composites, and other innovative materials used in aircraft and yacht construction.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter or carpentry technician.
  • have several years of professional experience as a carpenter, demonstrating that you are an expert in your craft.
  • impress us with your craftsmanship.
  • work in a reliable, precise, and meticulous manner.
  • work independently but are also committed to being a team player.
  • have a good command of German, as clear communication within our team is essential.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 35.392,56,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
