At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured.

As part of our team you will...

  • analyze, optimize, and sustainably improve end-to-end processes from order entry to delivery.
  • focus on administrative processes and improve them according to Lean principles to make them more efficient.
  • additionally, support the further development of shop floor management and the implementation of Lean methods such as 5S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • define and establish standards in the ERP system (proAlpha) and ensure their consistent application.
  • implement workshops and optimization projects in collaboration with the functional departments.
  • serve as the interface between planning, purchasing, production, and quality, and harmonize cross-functional processes.
  • help ensure that our processes are implemented efficiently, transparently, and sustainably in our day-to-day work.

You're a good fit if you....

  • you have completed a technical or business degree (e.g., HTL, university of applied sciences, or university).
  • you have gained initial professional experience in the areas of Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Process Management, or a comparable role.
  • ideally, you have already worked with an ERP system.
  • you think in a structured and analytical manner and quickly recognize cross-functional connections.
  • enjoy collaborating with different departments and impress others with your strong communication skills.
  • demonstrate initiative and want to actively help shape change.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 36.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
