At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured.

As part of our team you will...

  • Plan and oversee designs and technical specifications for business jet interior projects (specifically in the area of LININGS & SIDEWALLS)
  • Create, review and approve 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5 for implementation.
  • Take on the technical leadership of a small team of design engineers and support their professional development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our customers and suppliers and directly oversee technical coordination.
  • Work closely as an interface with internal departments such as Project Management, M&P, R&D and Production, as well as with suppliers, to ensure and develop optimal solutions.

 

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed a technical qualification (e.g. HTL or a degree in interior fit-out/wood technology, mechanical engineering or aeronautics) or have trained as a master joiner.
  • have several years’ practical experience in a technical environment – ideally in the field of business jet interiors (LININGS & SIDEWALLS)
  • have a sound knowledge of relevant aviation standards and requirements.
  • have experience in the technical management of a small team and enjoy providing technical support and helping others to develop.
  • are confident in direct contact with customers and strategic suppliers and have experience in technical coordination with customers and suppliers.
  • are familiar with CAD systems – ideally with CATIA V5.
  • work independently, whilst also demonstrating team spirit and a collegial attitude.
  • enjoy developing creative and functional technical solutions.
  • have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • are generally willing to travel abroad on an occasional basis.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 53.200,-- p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
