- F. LIST GmbH
- Fulltime
TOGETHER WE CREATE CRAFT FOR THE FUTURE.
The Dual Academy is designed for motivated high school graduates who want to begin a hands-on, future-oriented training program. In just three years, we’ll train you to become a carpentry technician—with a focus on either design or production.
As part of our team you will...
- learn how to work with wood-based materials, plastics, and metal.
- contribute to the planning and development of high-quality interior designs.
- design and technically implement workpieces and interior design solutions.
- operate modern machinery, tools, and computer-aided manufacturing technologies.
- use industry-specific CAD and CAM software.
- learn about various material processing and surface finishing methods—such as sawing, sanding, milling, polishing, or painting.
- conduct quality controls and functional tests, demonstrating your attention to detail.
Focus on Planning
In the planning department, you will develop furniture and interior design concepts based on customer requests. You will sketch ideas by hand or digitally, work with CAD software, and prepare documentation for manufacturing and cost estimation.
Production Track
In the production area, you will derive manufacturing-ready designs for machining, work with CAD/CAM systems, and program machines and equipment for the precise production of high-quality workpieces.
You're a good fit if you....
- have completed high school or a vocational qualification.
- are interested in wood, design, technology, and modern manufacturing.
- have manual dexterity and a strong understanding of technical and mathematical concepts.
- are creative and work with precision.
- enjoy working in a team and are eager to learn.
