At F. LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 40 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture.
As part of our team you will...
- receive, inspect, verify and store aircraft materials and parts in compliance with aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
- maintain accurate inventory records, material traceability, shelf-life control and complete material documentation (certificates, batch/lot numbers).
- issue purchase orders (POs) in line with approvedprocurement processes and company policies.
- follow up with suppliers on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time supply.
- process material stock receipts in the system, ensuring quantities, documentation, and condition match purchase orders.
- manage stock levels, perform inventory reconciliation, and support cycle counts and audits.
- coordinate local and international shipments, including logistics arrangements, freight forwarding, and customs documentation.
- liaise closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve material-related issues.
- support continuous improvement of materials handling, logistics processes, and inventory control systems.
- ensure timely availability of materials to support production maintenance, and operational requirements.

- have knowledge of aviation materials, logistics, and inventory control practices.
- have strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- have understanding of traceability, airworthiness, and regulatory documentation requirements.
- are proficient in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- have good communication and coordination skills.
- have ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
