At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured. 

As part of our team you will...

  • be responsible for the design and maintenance of our showrooms and ensure that presentations meet our standards.
  • build and maintain a network of suppliers for interior materials. You will also continuously seek out new trends and innovative materials.
  • advise customers, designers, and internal project teams on material selection. In doing so, you will take into account design, technology, budget, and various approval requirements.
  • maintain a central database with technical material information. 
  • be responsible for coordinating our material collection. You will coordinate updates, restocking, and new showroom installations.
  • take over the administration and organization of our F/LAB, our innovation and showroom, and ensure that it is optimally prepared and equipped for customer and guest appointments.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have a technical degree (preferably HTL with a focus on wood technology, interior design) or training in interior design.
  • have a keen sense of materiality, design, and color harmony, as well as a technical understanding of the properties, processing, and areas of application of interior materials.
  • have expertise in materials consulting, interior design, aviation/yacht interiors, or product development.
  • have organizational skills and a systematic approach to your work.
  • are a proactive, team-oriented person with a confident manner.
  • have strong communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international context and have very good written and spoken German and English skills.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 35.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
