As part of our team you will...
- take responsibility for a central part of our employee life cycle and actively contribute to ensuring that our payroll processes are stable, transparent, and future-oriented.
- ensure correct and timely payroll accounting in compliance with all legal requirements and internal guidelines.
- actively participate in the further development and optimization of payroll standards and processes as well as system settings (e.g., collective agreements, wage types, and parameters).
- serve as a key user for the payroll, time management, and travel expense accounting systems.
- liaise with authorities, government agencies, and external partners, and assist with payroll tax and social security audits.
- be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on issues relating to labor, income tax, and social security law.
- prepare evaluations, reports, and documentation.
You're a good fit if you....
- have completed a payroll accounting audit and have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting.
- have very good knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law, experience with international issues (e.g., secondments) is an advantage.
- have a high affinity for systems and experience in using payroll, time management, and travel expense accounting tools.
- have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- have a structured, accurate, and independent way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility.
- have a strong service orientation, ability to work in a team, and enjoy working with people.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 49.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
