With over 90 employees, F/LIST CANADA is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...

  • validate different material requirements and processes to meet quality standards and regulations.
  • analyze requisitions in accordance with established procedures.
  • issue purchase orders effectively, while also acquiring manufacturing plans and techniques as necessary to facilitate smooth operations.
  • proactively follow up with suppliers, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of products to meet project deadlines.
  • update the system with the latest delivery information, maintaining transparency and facilitating effective decision-making.
  • maintain and review planning parameters to ensure they remain current and aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed a technical or commercial training, such as a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related fields, which is considered advantageous for this role.
  • have a minimum of 3 years of experience in buying logistics or supply chain functions.
  • have proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an ERP system, with experience in proAlpha being a valuable asset.
  • demonstrate resilience, good problem solving and conflict solving abilities as well as good negotiation skills.
  • exhibit a strong sense of organization and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of work.
  • showcase a flexible and independent work style, capable of adapting to changing priorities and working autonomously when necessary.
