F/LIST UK, with approximately 20 employees, is one of our newest locations and is located in South London, just outside Biggin Hill Airport. This location provides air aftermarket services for European customers, including cabin refurbishment, repainting, re-veneering, leather seat upholstery, wall panel replacement, carpet replacement and stone floor integration.

As part of our team you will...

  • be responsible for the preparation of calculations and quotes for project requests regarding interior for private & business jets and involve relevant team members from different departments.
  • conduct reviews and post-calculations of projects, including the implementation of lessons learned.
  • support the budgeting and forecasting processes within the site.
  • drive standardisation of processes, workflows and sales documentation.
  • maintain sales templates such as proposals and presentations and create new templates.
  • enter master data and quotes into the ERP system.
  • generate reports and dashboards and continuously monitor outstanding tasks.
  • conduct regular visits to local MRO facilities, performing cabin surveys and supporting local production needs. 

You're a good fit if you....

  • have a degree in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess a background in carpentry or similar trades.
  • can demonstrate initial work experience in sales support or project costing.
  • possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
  • have a high affinity for IT and are proficient in the use of ERP systems.
  • are a team player who is reliable and service-oriented.
