At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured.

As part of our team you will...

  • take responsibility for planning and delivering complex international aircraft interior projects, ensuring at all times that you meet the clients’ requirements and expectations.
  • take charge of project coordination and management to ensure that all project phases run smoothly and that the agreed objectives are achieved.
  • work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and proactively offer solutions that meet their expectations.
  • identify challenges at an early stage and take proactive measures to overcome them and ensure the project’s success.
  • clearly communicate and implement clients’ change requests, and handle complaints effectively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • conscientiously monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs and resources within the scope of the project.
  • continuously track the fulfilment and monitoring of project key performance indicators to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

 

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed a technical or business qualification and, ideally, possess industry knowledge and/or project management experience that provides you with a solid foundation for the requirements of this role.
  • not only have an interest in technology, but also possess a good understanding of technical contexts.
  • are highly solution- and goal-oriented, whilst also possessing strong organisational skills to efficiently manage complex tasks.
  • think and act entrepreneurially, which means you are always looking for ways to create value and capitalise on opportunities.
  • are a communicative and assertive individual who is able to operate and persuade others in an international environment.
  • have very good written and spoken German and English skills to communicate effectively and succeed in a global working environment.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 54.600,-- on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) in accordance with the collective agreement. However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and based on your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we get to know each other.
