With over 90 employees, F/LIST CANADA is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...

  • Prepare and review calculations for sales inquiries and project requests
  • Re-calculate and review ongoing projects in collaboration with project IPTs, including change orders, implementation of lessons learned and process optimizations.
  • Create and maintain client files in ERP.
  • Enter master data and quotations into the ERP system and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support sales operations, including building reports, dashboards, and monitoring open tasks.
  • Manage payment schedules and client terms and conditions across all customer accounts.
  • Maintain and standardize sales processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Update and develop sales templates such as quotations, (Preliminary Design Reviews) PDRs, compliance matrices, and kick-off presentations.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly sales reconciliations, ensuring alignment between sales, finance, and project teams.
  • Oversee internal contract management, including tracking contract validity, managing NDAs, and organizing documentation.

You're a good fit if you have....

  • Minimum 5 years experience in architectural millwork estimating or a related field
  • Good ability to read and interpret blue prints and specifications
  • Good knowledge of wood species, grades, hardware, laminates and finishes
  • Good ability to accurately measure and calculate material quantities
  • Knowledge of the AWI (Architectural Woodworking Institute) is an asset
  • Strong ability to balance multiple projects and tight deadlines
