With over 90 employees, F/LIST CANADA is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...

  • code and enter account payable in the financial system.
  • match invoices with purchase order and receipts, ensure invoices are approved and recorded in the proper account.
  • prepare and register payments in CDN dollars or foreign currency.
  • use AR/AP functions & produce monthly account receivable reports.
  • bank reconciliation and reconciliation of accounts.
  • prepare required reports (GST/QST, etc.).
  • participate in internal and external audits, preparation of reports and maintain required documentation.
  • manage payment/sales and proc. transactions in multi-currency environment (USD/EUR/CAD).

You're a good fit if you....

  • hold an accounting certification.
  • possess an intermediate/strong Excel knowledge, and experience with financial software.
  • have a minimum of three to five years of related experience.
  • pay attention to detail and accuracy.
  • work resourceful and autonomous, possess analytical skills and good stress management.
  • are dynamic and a good team player.
  • are bilingual – French/English.
