With over 90 employees, F/LIST CANADA is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...

code and enter account payable in the financial system.
match invoices with purchase order and receipts, ensure invoices are approved and recorded in the proper account.
prepare and register payments in CDN dollars or foreign currency.
use AR/AP functions & produce monthly account receivable reports.
bank reconciliation and reconciliation of accounts.
prepare required reports (GST/QST, etc.).
participate in internal and external audits, preparation of reports and maintain required documentation.
manage payment/sales and proc. transactions in multi-currency environment (USD/EUR/CAD).

You're a good fit if you....

hold an accounting certification.
possess an intermediate/strong Excel knowledge, and experience with financial software.
have a minimum of three to five years of related experience.
pay attention to detail and accuracy.
work resourceful and autonomous, possess analytical skills and good stress management.
are dynamic and a good team player.
are bilingual – French/English.
