At F/LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 40 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector and, through F/YACHTING, selected yacht interior projects. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture. We apply the same attention to detail and premium joinery standards in the yachting sector.
As part of our team you will...
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with aircraft owners, operators, management companies, brokers, OEMs, and MROs across North America.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, customer visits, and industry events.
- Manage the complete sales process from customer consultation through proposal preparation, quotation development, contract negotiation, and project handover.
- Understand customer requirements and develop tailored aircraft interior refurbishment solutions that deliver exceptional value.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and sales documentation that support successful business development.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, schedules, and commercial terms while ensuring profitable business outcomes.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle, collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Program Management.
- Contribute to annual sales objectives by growing the pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM forecasts, and representing the company at customer meetings and aviation trade shows and customer meetings.
You're a good fit if you....
- Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bring 5+ years of successful B2B and/or B2C sales experience with complex, high-value solutions.
- Have experience in business aviation, aircraft interiors, MRO, aerospace, luxury products, or another high-end manufacturing environment.
- Possess strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Are customer-focused, self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
