At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured. 

As part of our team you will...

  • independently calculate furniture construction projects and change requests, in close coordination with sales, administration and production. 
  • actively participate in the preparation of quotations in the ERP system to ensure that our quotations are not only competitive but also accurate.
  • define costing parameters and specifications and play a key role in international pricing. 
  • support project execution and contribute to project completion reports. You ensure that we are successful not only in planning, but also in post-calculation.
  • continuously optimize our processes and ensure cost efficiency by working closely with our interdisciplinary teams.
  • participate in and contribute to contract negotiations together with Customer Relations & Sales. 

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed technical training in the field of interior design, ideally HTL, or have completed a carpentry apprenticeship and have several years of relevant professional experience in the calculation of furniture projects or in a similar position. 
  • a very good understanding of figures and costs as well as analytical thinking are among your strengths. 
  • have knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably proAlpha. 
  • consider a structured, independent working style to be a matter of course. 
  • are fluent in written and spoken English and are convincing with your appearance and negotiating skills.
  • have the ability for strategic planning, proactivity in identifying optimization potential and the willingness to take on responsibility.
  • want to work in a motivated team that focuses on cooperation and mutual support.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 45.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
