As part of our team you will...

  • select external logistics service providers and coordinate and monitor the processes.
  • optimize transport processes and reduce logistics costs through efficient planning and organization.
  • ensure the punctual delivery of goods.
  • control and monitor the flow of goods within the company and optimize warehousing and inventory control.
  • work closely with other departments to coordinate logistics processes and assist in the planning and implementation of logistics projects.
  • be responsible for logistics documentation, master data maintenance and maintenance of digital shipping lists.
  • handle and control import/export processes, submit customs declarations and monitor compliance with customs regulations.
  • communicate with customs authorities and other relevant institutions. 
  • check shipping documents for legal requirements.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed training in logistics, freight forwarding or a comparable qualification and have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an international company. 
  • have knowledge of import and export processing and customs regulations.
  • have experience in working with external logistics service providers as well as in the organization and optimization of logistics processes.
  • have good knowledge of merchandise management and warehouse logistics as well as good IT skills (especially MS Office and ERP systems).
  • have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • want to work in a motivated team that focuses on cooperation and mutual support.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 45.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
